The Energy Healing I practice is a powerful and

advanced form of hands on healing, pioneered by

Barbara Brennan and refined and developed by the

School of Energy Healing where I trained. It’s the

amazing journey back to ourselves, uncovering and

clearing the layers of protection we build up during

our lifetime, and becoming aware of the reasons

why they have been part of us for so long.

The physical body is the manifestation of our energy

system, which is also composed of 6 others;

physical, emotional, mental, astral, ketheric,

celestial and causal. These form the aura, which

is in turn linked to the chakra system, the 7 major

and several minor energy centres, which draw

energy into us from the universal energy around us. Depending on how well the chakras are functioning,

our aura will be very bright or not so bright to dull!

As we go through life we experience all kinds of

trauma and accumulate all kinds of beliefs, which

block our energy flow and chakra system, and stick

to the aura. Over time, this freezes our energy and

creates a state of low energy often leading to illness.

Ever heard the phrase, ‘I feel under a cloud today?’

Well, it’s true, our emotional aura becomes very

grey and cloudy when we are upset or down.

Another name for the emotional healing is ‘clearing

the clouds’ which is literal!

Energy Healing offers a safe and practical approach

to clearing the energy field, addressing the current

ill health condition or issue, not only through clearing

and recharging the energy field on all 7 levels, but

also through a number of specific healings, which

can help to clear specific life issues.

The client is safely accompanied and energetically

held by the practitioner during these healings, some

of which can regress them back to childhood or

even beyond, where held trauma can be released.

The healing practitioner can access energy on each

Healing sessions take place fully clothed on a

healing table. First, through discussion, the issue

to be healed is brought into awareness. It is

released during the healing and then integrated

through grounding and the realisation of what has occurred. The session usually lasts around an

hour and a quarter. The benefits can range from

a loving acceptance of ourselves and others, to

the resolution of chronic physical and

psychological conditions.

Energy Healing is complementary to and enhances

all other systems of health care including orthodox

medicine.
